Nici is the founder of Prime Massage Therapy, based in Titirangi and providing massage services in Onehunga. She assists clients with recovery from injury, illness, activity, over-use and trauma. With over 10 years of professional experience, Nici partners with clients to help manage chronic pain and stress, and maintain overall wellbeing through personalised, therapeutic treatment.

With a Bachelor of Health Science in Neuromuscular Therapy, Nici brings both skill and compassion to her work. Her approach blends clinical and evidence-based knowledge with a commitment to supporting clients on their journey toward long-term recovery, vitality and optimal movement.

Prime Massage Therapy offers a wide range of treatments, including neuromuscular therapy, sports massage, relaxation massage, pre- and post-natal massage, myofascial release and manual lymphatic drainage. Nici is a Registered Massage Therapist with Massage Aotearoa New Zealand and an Easy-Claim provider for Southern Cross Health Insurance, making it simple to access quality care.
