Mika Projects Ltd is run by Michael McKinlay – a qualified builder with a knack for getting things done, and doing them right.

Michael’s been building for over 30 years and still loves getting on the tools. Starting as an apprentice, he became a qualified builder within four years and also earned his Advanced Trade Certificate. 

Michael brings a practical, hands-on approach to every job, with a down-to-earth attitude and a good sense of humour. Whether it’s a tricky renovation, a custom new build, or a small project that just needs doing, he’ll get it sorted.
